Our company was founded in 1988 and incorporated in 1990. The headquarters of our firm are located in Ottawa, Canada. Our main clients have been various departments and agencies of the Government of Canada. Most of our consultants have over 15 years of professional experience. Our firm's Principals are practising consultants.

We are concerned with quality, but we are equally concerned with practicality and speed. We do believe in a considered, engineered approach to our work. On the other hand, we do not analyze issues ad nauseam at the expense of getting things done. We strive to produce high-quality, practical results - quickly.
