We are one of the first organizations to address e-Government / Government On-Line (GOL) through a comprehensive and well thought-out framework.

We see the GOL initiative primarily as a business challenge rather than simply a technology challenge.

We advocate that a corporate GOL vision be developed first for the entire Government department during the eNVISION phase. However, our approach can be applied to individual initiatives aimed at delivering a single Government service, or a set of related services, on-line.

We view each Innovation Project (see diagram) as an umbrella project which incorporates all initiatives that need to be carried out in order to deliver the required service on-line:

business processes
information management
information technology
information systems
organizational development
human resource management
financial management
change management
etc.
